Requirements

Requirements to open personal and corporate accounts

1. All documents should be in the English language,
2. Complete a personal/corporate bank application form including the signature card form,
3. Complete a source of fund declaration form,
4. Two  bank references,
5. Two  professional references,
6. A copy of the customer’s passport; the pages showing the photograph and signature.  Affirmation by a notary public is required if not photocopied by the bank and
7. A copy of a recent utility bill (except mobile phone) to show proof of address.

Additional documents required for companies

1. A copy of the incorporation document,
2. A copy of the memorandum and article of association,
3. Resolution of the appointment of directors,
4. Bank mandate and resolution of the board of directors regarding the account,
5. Register of directors, members and beneficial owners of the company and
6. Copy of share certificates
