Do you offer savings accounts?

• No, but we intend to do so very soon

What are your interest rates for certificate of deposits?

• Our interest rates are determined based on the amount deposited and the term; you can always contact us to get a specific quote.

How long does it take to open an account after all application requirements are completed?

• Once we have confirmed all references and complete the necessary due diligence the account will be opened, usually it takes two to three business days.

Is it easy to transfer funds in and out of my account?

• Out going transfers

  • To make a transfer from your account you need to send us a  request by email or fax so we can verify the signatures. Once the signatures are verified the transfer will be made right away. 

• Incoming transfers

  • You will need to provide your bank with our wiring instructions for them to carry out the transfer.  For transfers exceeding US$10,000 you are required to complete a source of fund declaration form.
